Illusionary Revalations (Chapter 1: Black Rain)

Kazuto shook out suspicion, saying,"I'm fine."

Tsubaki responded, "Whatever you say, Kazu."

Kazuto sighed as he texted Hiromi, 'Everything fine?'

Hiromi smiled as she read the text, the replied, "For now... I'm apparently in a large amount of trouble. There's a good chance I won't be making it to the concert..."

Akemi looked at Kazuto for a second, still suspicious. "This is the second time I've seen you space out like that in the past few hours." She turned to look at Tsubaki. "He's not usually like this, is he?"

'Okay, just try and keep your phone with you and text me whenever you can.'

Tsubaki shrugged his shoulders, saying, "Ehh... He's always been different. But that makes him Kazuto, I guess."

Hiromi replied, "Trust me. I will. Thanks for looking out for me."

Akemi shrugged and stayed silent for the rest of the descent.

'No problem, Hiriomi.'

Eventually, the three reached ground floor and went out on the streets, as Tsubaki then said, "Ahhh, crap. I need to go get my motorcycle out of the shop, see you guys tommorrow."

And with that, Tsubaki departed. Kazuto just quitely walked to the train station to go home, his mind on the thoughts of Gangrel.


A strange man sat in a darkly lit casino, as he flipped a card, saying, "So. The cards are no longer folded.... Heroes arise to Reincarnation. The trial may be hard before they first call or just fold with their lives.

The man then flipped 4 cards to show Kazuto, Hiriomi, Tsubaki, and Akemi. He then said, "Four new heroes into the fray. Their souls are strong, but I doubt they can grow into their souls shoes. However, I won't bet on that for now."

He then looked up with his crimson gaze, saying, "With their Reincarnation over. Here comes their first trial. Many things could surface, whether it be the truth of a relationship, the darkness holding Kiria's heart, or something completely different at all. If they can survive this war. In Black Rain."

As the man looked up, the designs of a buddha mask sitting in stone appeared behind him as the light inside of the eye holes lightly glew an errie crimson. The voice of a girl then sounding of a song was heard:

The man from before then began to smirk, saying, "And the singer is starting to free herself from her chains."
